You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Contact Information

When you book a flight or otherwise use our Service, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your booking details. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information you provide. Please ensure that the contact details you provide in your booking are correct as the airline will notify you directly of any changes to your travel.

Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted in THB unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept various forms of payment, which will be indicated in our Service. In the event of a payment dispute, we reserve the right to cancel your booking until the dispute is resolved. Prices may not include baggage fees or other fees charged directly by the airline.

Flight Changes and Cancellations

We do not offer changes or cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled departure. Additional change, cancellation, credit, and refund policies vary depending on the airline and fare type. Please review the specific terms and conditions provided by the airline before making a booking; be aware that they may vary by segment. We do not guarantee any refunds or credit for cancellations or changes made to your booking. We do not guarantee a timely response from any airline regarding financial claims.

Point of Contact

All reservation questions, changes, additions, modifications, and cancellations must be made through Us. We are not responsible for any issues that arise from direct communication between you and an airline.

Timely Check-in

You should check-in online at least 12 hours before departure and arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to international travel or 2 hours for domestic travel. We are not responsible for any issues or delays caused by your failure to arrive at the airport, check-in, or board your flight on time. This may include the airline voiding any remaining segments upon a missed flight.

Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, health records, and any other required documentation. We are not responsible for any issues or delays caused by your failure to obtain the required travel documents or comply with airline, airport, or government policy.

Limitation of Liability

We act solely as an intermediary between you and the airlines. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any airline or other third-party provider. We are not liable for any injury, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from your travel. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disasters, pandemic, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, government actions, or any other similar events.

Arbitration Clause

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be submitted to arbitration under the Thailand Arbitration Act of 2002. For less complex or low-value disputes, one arbitrator will be appointed. For higher value or more complex disputes, three arbitrators will be appointed. Parties must agree on the appointment of an arbitrator(s). If an agreement cannot be reached, an application to the Thai court can be made. Applications may also be made to the court before or during an arbitration in respect of questions of jurisdiction, the summons of witnesses, the disclosure of documents, and interim remedies such as injunctions and other interim orders.

Parties must have a binding agreement to arbitrate and disputes are usually submitted for adjudication to one of either the Alternative Dispute Resolution Office of the Office of the Judiciary or the Thai Board of Trade. Each institution has its own Arbitration Rules. Parties may also agree to Ad Hoc Arbitration, commonly under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce rules or UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
